My name is Ruth Lerew and I am the founder of Sunbeam Healing. I live in Devon and feel very privileged to be living in such a beautiful place close to the sea. I am a Reiki Master, Vibrational Sound Energy Practitioner, Intuitive Life Coach and Stress Management Adviser. I also hold a Level 3 CPCAB Counselling diploma. I offer people the opportunity to explore where they are in their life and assist in finding a way forward, creating new pathways to unlock their potential.

I have facilitated my own workshops, courses and retreats and have hosted many high profile and well known speakers in partnership with Living Now Events and Dartington Hall based in Devon. Each speaker a specialist in the field of health, wellbeing and spirituality. Bringing some of the Best Speakers to the South West from London.

Throughout my career I have worked in both the public and private sectors in management and administration. I have faced many challenges but I am extremely grateful for all of them as they have made me the person I am today. It has been a pleasure to work in the NHS bridging the gap between complementary therapy and the medical model.

A good friend of mine introduced me to a book called "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz and it totally changed my life. The four principles set out in this little book provide a wonderful set of guidelines to live life in a balanced and spiritual way. This book combined with Mindfulness and the beautiful energy of Reiki and Sound has given me the tools to keep my life balanced, my energy high and I enjoy the best physical and mental health I have ever had.

I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation and College of Sound Healing. I run a Reiki Share in Kingsbridge with Suzi Garrod of Next Steps on the first Wednesday of every month and also a Gong Meditation on the first Friday of every month with Abbey Studio at Bowden House.
